Pesto Alfredo Sauce

This simple alfredo sauce is quick and full of flavor. Not as thick as traditional sauce but it also doesn't have as much fat or calories. Serve over cooked fettuccine noodles and sprinkle with Parmesan.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup half-and-half

  • ¼ cup Vegetaballs pesto

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper


Directions:

  1. Stir half-and-half, Vegetaballs pesto, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together in a skillet over medium-low heat; cook until hot, about 8 minutes.
