VegetaBall’s Easy Pesto Pizza
Ingredients:
1 ready to cook pizza crust
1 cup VegetaBall’s Pesto
1 cup ricotta cheese
¼ cup grated Romano cheese
2 tomatoes, sliced
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C)
In small bowl combine ricotta and romano. Spread the ricotta and parmesan mix over the pesto, and layer the tomatoes over the cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan to taste.
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
Spread or dollop VegetaBall’s Pesto on top and enjoy!
