Crock-Pot Pesto Chicken

Ingredients:

2 cans (10.5oz each) Cream of Chicken Soup

½ cup Vegetaball’s Pesto

½ cup Sour Cream

2 pounds Chicken (boneless skinless breasts or tenderloins, cut into strips)


Directions:

  1. Spray a 5 to 6 quart crock-pot with non-stick cooking spray or line with a slow cooker liner if desired.

  2. Place the strips of chicken at the bottom of the crock.

  3. Measure and combine the cream of chicken soup, Vegetaball’s Pesto, and sour cream in a bowl, mixing well. Spread mixture evenly over chicken strips in the crock-pot.

  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or until chicken is cooked through and tender.

  5. Serve chicken over cooked noodles or rice and enjoy!
